Fidelidade - Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Coletivo, S.A. operates in a sector that has a considerable impact on the environment. The real estate sector is responsible for around 40% of total energy consumption and a third of total carbon emissions worldwide, with the construction sector accounting for around 30% of all waste generated.
Our objective is always to lead our activity in the direction of a sustainable society. To fulfill this commitment, FSG is currently developing a phased ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) strategy with the aim of applying it to the entire portfolio of investment vehicles under its management.
