Trianon is an office building located in "Campo de las Naciones", a business area of Madrid, next to the M-40 and 10min from Barajas International Airport. The property has three buildings, all with seven floors of offices above ground and two floors below ground for car parking. With a Gross Leasable Area of almost 20,000 square metres, it is occupied by several well-known Spanish and international companies. Between 2023 and 2025 it was the subject of a major remodelling of all its common spaces.
