Located in a historical area of Lisbon, and in one of the new office areas of the city, this property was completely rebuilt in 2017 to become an office building with more than 11.500 m2 of Gross Construction Area. The new building is developed on two old industrial buildings, the main one facing Rua Dom Luís I and Rua Boqueirão do Duro, and a smaller one with an entrance from Largo Conde Barão. The main block has 3 floors above ground for offices and 1 floor underground for parking, and the block with the entrance from Largo Conde Barão has 6 floors above ground, all for offices. This property won several Architecture awards between 2018 and 2019, among which are: "National Urban Rehabilitation Award 2019 - Sustainability", "SIL Real Estate Award 2018 Urban Rehabilitation - Offices", "Expresso and SIC Notícias Real Estate Awards 2018 - Office Subcategory", or the "Architecture Masterprize 2018 | Architecture - Rehabilitation and Renovation".
