Boavista Office Center is an emblematic office building in Porto, designed by architect Agostinho Ricca (1915-2010), in co-authorship with João Serôdio and Magalhães Carneiro. It is located in Avenida da Boavista, more specifically in the Foco area, and is currently occupied by one of the largest Portuguese-based coworking companies. The property has 9 floors, 8 of which are above ground, and a Gross Leasable Area of approximately 7.500m2. This building won the "National Award for Urban Rehabilitation 2021 - City of Porto and achieved BREEAM International In-Use certification (Part 1 - Asset Performance) in 2024 with an ‘Excellent’ rating
